  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or events beyond our control.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

  • Moroen is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or additional charges applied by your local customs authority.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Moroen is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, or courier issues.

8. Split Shipments

  • In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages (for example, if items are from different warehouses).
